Never Ending Story Socks

This is Sue's handspun merino from stuff we dyed together at the Sept. 2006 hot rainbow dye class. I'm making her a pair of socks from it. At least, I'm trying to make her a pair of socks from it. They are often frogged and reknit pink and purple socks with clear red beads--maybe. The yarn seems to be impervious to frogging. It hasn't froozled up, started pilling or started thinning at all. Surely that is a testament to Sue's spinning ability.

Perhaps they should be named Porcupine socks .

Two words: Arghhhhh!

I'm pretty sure if your just tried a little harder, you could knit them simultaneously in a third direction! :P

Wow. That's devotion to a cause.

How about a basic 2X2 ribbed cuff and stockinette foot?

Uh, wow. As someone with barely any 3D vision at all, I am in awe of your amazing multi-directional knitting.
